Two year old Aileen Moran died after darting from behind a wagon and under a moving street car. Motorman M L Mustard and Conductor Frank Han naman faced arrest but were released on bail as an inquest was planned. Fellow workers praised Mustard for his caution and heroism during the accident.

Patsy Bolivar Sentenced in Police Court Disposition
Patsy Bolivar, black woman known as a common prostitute, was sentenced yesterday after conviction for prostitution. Judge Sullivan condemned her conduct, fined 20 dollars, and she left with apparent satisfaction. Other cases included a fine for Della George, a three day sentence for Charles Lund, a 10 dollar fine for P Brown, and pending sentencing for Fred Oxenberg. A new arrest warrant was issued for Charles Causey after an assault on A G Ellerick.Causey had been fired from Montana Electric and allegedly struck Ellerick with an instrument and kicked him.
