Supremecourt hears habeas corpus cases in Helena
In Helena on a busy session date the Montana Supreme Court did not hear the habeas corpus and certiorari returns as lawyers Forbis and Bans appeared with counsel Walsh. The court set the bill of exceptions and prepared a decision on several motions while reserving judgment on others including an injunction and bond issues. The court affirmed a district court ruling denying an injunction over county courthouse funds and addressed bonding and election legality questions, citing constitutional meaning of majority approval.
