Helena April 22 The state highway commission ordered 87 000 barrels of Portland cement for paving projects Nos 44 68 and 70A in Gallatin and Anaconda areas under a policy that saves 30 cents per barrel. The cement will be tested on production to ensure quality and will be shipped in 450 carloads with 870 carloads of sand and 137 cars of crushed rock required.
