Court 15 Hearing Nar cotic Charges

Charley King an aged Chinese faced trial in Judge Jeremiah Lynch's court on possessing morphine cocaine and opium. He had pled guilty to possession earlier under a new strict statute with potential five year sentence and fines up to three thousand dollars. Witnesses described drugs and paraphernalia found in a Mercury Colorado building. The session included other municipal cases and hearings.
