Capt. N. M. Brooks reports 8,325,016 pounds of sea mail to foreign countries in the fiscal year with 5,722,433 pounds to trans Atlantic destinations and almost 2.5 million to Great Britain. The foreign service cost 2,158,033 dollars while about 4,318,804 dollars was collected as postage.
