Monday night a new Knights of Pythias lodge was organized in Ames with Des Moines Lodge leading the effort. Grand Chancellor Cope presided as officers were elected and installed for a strong start. over two hundred delegates gathered from Des Moines Boone and Nevada. The next meeting is set for their own hall next Monday night.
