Vere Westfall elec trical engineering student was seriously injured Monday after falling from a second story laboratory window. He suffered multiple fractures including both bones in a leg and a broken arm, with a facial cut. He is recovering with crutches and expected to remain in a cushioned chair for several weeks.
The Western Union telegraph service is relocated from the men's waiting room to the yard office during the first week. Business will continue in connection with railroad work and hours remain the same, requiring patrons to walk to the yard office to send messages.
