City of Ames Iowa reports a plot and schedule of proposed assessments for curb work on Onondaga street Duff Avenue Story street Douglass Avenue Kellogg Avenue against adjoining lots. The plat lists owners and amounts and is on file with the City Clerk. Objections must be filed within twenty days of first publication December 16 1909. A B Maxwell City Clerk.
A plat and schedule prepared by the City Council lists proposed assessments for cement sidewalks on Onondaga Street from Duff to Burnett, Duff from Onondaga to Story, Douglass from Onondaga to Story, and Kellogg from Story to the C N W Ry tracks. The schedule names owners, parcels, and amounts, filed with the City Clerk. Objections must be written and filed within twenty days after the first publication.
The District Court of Spry County Iowa appointed Josephine Roselia Gibson executrix of the estate of Andrew Hamilton Gibson on December 3 1909. Creditors must present claims duly authenticated for allowance and debtors should pay the executrix. Dated December 8 1909.
