City council directs a plot and schedule showing proposed sidewalk cost assessments on Onondaga Duff Story Kelloggs streets. The plat lists lots and owners, with objections due within 20 days after first publication Dec 16 1909. City Clerk A B Maxwell announces the filing location and deadlines.
The city lays out a proposed curb construction assessment plan for Onondaga street from Duff Avenue to Grand Avenue, Duff Avenue from Onondaga to Story, and Douglas Avenue and Pollock Avenue through Story to rail tracks. The plat lists parcels and owner names known, with amounts due, filed with the City Clerk. Objections must be written and filed within twenty days after first publication, or they will be waived.
On December 3, 1909, the District Court of Svy County Iowa appoints Josephine Roselia Gibson executrix of Andrew Hamilton Gibson's estate. Creditors must pay and claimants present legally authenticated claims to the court for allowance.
