Mix one cup of pea pulp with two beaten eyes a few drops onion juice two tablespoonfuls butter melted two thirds teaspoonful salt one third teaspoonful pepper and cayenne. Turn in buttered molds and bake in pan of hot water until firm. Serve with white sauce to which has been added peas drained and rinsed.
