Home seekers Excursion Tickets Offered on Select Tuesdays

To the northwest, west and southwest, via the North Western Line home seekers excursion tickets at greatly reduced rates will be sold on the first and third Tuesdays of each month from November 1903 to April 1908 inclusive. Standard and Tourists Sleeping Cars free reclining chair cars and The Best of Everything. For full particulars apply to agents Chicago and North Western Ry.

Iowa State College trustees settle building plans and budgets

The board of trustees met Friday to approve resolutions on building projects funded by a one fifth mill tax. Proposals include a fire proof Agricultural Hall addition, a central administrative building near $225,000, an agricultural building around $200,000, and a $65,000 heating plant. Completion targets set for 1908. The session also began the 1902 election canvass with results to be continued.

Low Fare Excursions Offered by Iowa Central Railway

The Iowa Central Railway will sell excursion tickets for home seekers at one fare plus $2.00 round trip on the first and third Tuesdays in November through April 1903. Tickets are valid 21 days from sale with details available from any Iowa Central agent or A B Curts in Minneapolis.
