The Republican Seventh Congressional District Convention will meet in Des Moines Iowa on July 3 1890 at 11 am to nominate a candidate and handle other proper business. Representation is one delegate for every two hundred votes and fractional delegates for 100 or more votes cast for J G Hutchison for governor in 1889.
