Tragic Tunnelton Accident Claims Mrs Simpson and Infant
A Tunnelton night train accident near the station killed Mrs. Samuel Simpson and her four month old child. The mother fell between platforms as the train backed in, the infant lost an arm, both were left on the track and died. The couple had moved to Kansas, and Mr. Simpson is pursuing legal action in federal court for $20,000 against the Ohio and Mississippi Railroad.
