Kelley Temperance Alliance Organized at Kelley

Hon J A Harvey president of the Iowa State Temperance Alliance spoke at Kelley on June 27 sparking the Kelley Temperance Alliance with 22 members. Officers named are A Wortman president Elmer Keeney vice president John J Wiltse secretary and David Raymond treasurer. The group will meet first Tuesday each month for business declamations essays and aims to promote prohibition and total abstinence. Secretary invites the public to attend.
