Winter Dairy School At College Draws Large Enrollment
The winter dairy school at the college is at full swing with record attendance about the butter makers. Prominent industry figures study here to learn business points and improve their craft. The dairy department sent a man to Amherst College to direct its winter school and Missouri seeks similar leadership. The national dairying convention will meet in Minneapolis the week of February 18. An innovation will have experts evaluate butter samples and advise exhibitors on faults and improvements. Prof McKay was the first appointee to this duty with Minnesota and Wisconsin dairy schools vying for second place.
