Rail worker Sibly linked to cigar theft on Northwestern

B Sibly, a Northwestern brake man, waived examination on charges of stealing twenty one boxes of cigars. He admitted taking cigars from a car en route and implicated the conductor and fellow brakemen. Additional cigars were found in his room. the conductor was later arrested at Belle Plaine and another brakeman remains at large.
