Chicago August 22 United States dairy exports inspector Wm D Collyer and Prof G L McKay from Iowa State College completed six months of butter testing across the nation. Since May 1 the first shipment arrived and over 500 butter makers sent samples. tests rated flavor body color salt and packaging with one score reaching 98, first official US butter scoring.
