Des Moines Aug 8. State entomologist Summers finds loopholes in the new Iowa nursery law as it applies to stock shipped across counties. A seedsman case shows the difficulty of enforcing inspection when stock is sold within the county. State warrants issued for about 300000 dollars to fund current institution expenses.
