Abolition Meetings Reported Across Prairieville Area
Fragmentary notes recount meetings and sermons on abolitionism in March and April. Speakers including M. Meany and Dr. Sears Frame anti slavery arguments urging Liberty Party support, with events at Lisbon Mills and Prairieville. Talks address slaveholding, reading restrictions, and the moral duty to vote for abolition, urging turnout for April and May gatherings.
