Eastland Texas August 31 Henry Helms the Texas bank robber learned the jury found him sane and the death penalty would be carried out at Huntsville on September 6 barring a new trial or clemency. A dam break at the Ute Pass fish club near Colorado Springs released a fifteen foot wall of water that swept the Colorado College settlement.
