A Rangoon dispatch says a cyclone last Wednesday evening and a huge tidal wave flooded the Naaf river region in Burma. Villages were swept inland past Maungdaw 60 miles, cattle perished, wires were down, relief aid remains inadequate and the death toll continues to grow.
