Donna Jean Myers Dies. Infant Daughter of County Attorney

Donna Jean Myers, infant daughter of County Attorney Rhea C. Myers and wife, died at Northwest Texas Hospital. Funeral services are set for 11 a.m. Monday at Boxwell Brothers funeral chapel with Rev. Gaston Foote of San Jacinto Methodist Church officiating. Burial will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery.

Matinee Tickets Offered by Amarillo Firms for Visitors Day

Dignitaries Dine At Capital Barbecue In Washington

Funeral services for John L. Story Amarillo photographer 45 died from injuries after a fall beneath a moving passenger train in Amarillo. Services set for Monday at Griggs Funeral Chapel with interment in Memorial Park Cemetery. Story came from Wichita Falls and was known locally. In Washington a Texas barbecue drew 3000 officials and dignitaries honoring Bascom N. Timmons James R. Beverly and Marvin Jones with 30 beefs and famed Texas beef cooking.

Auto Crash Fatal to Childress Boy

A vehicle crash eight miles north of Childress killed Clifton Reynolds 10. Homer Reynolds 12 Josephine Reynolds 14 and Mrs J W McKinney were injured. The driver J W McKinney escaped injury. Fire caused the car to overturn three times en route to a bridge fire near the Red River.
