Curtis E. Bell is in critical condition after a shooting at his home 308 McMasters. Walter W. Raines, 22, is charged with assault with intent to murder and held on $3,000 bond. Bell returned home to find Raines with his wife. Bell was shot in the street with two 22 caliber bullets. he was treated at Northwest Texas Hospital.
