Tulsa Police Holding Knife Death Suspect
The first suspect in the Robert Boyd Chapman murder case was held by Tulsa police. An Amarillo detective called him a very good suspect as authorities checked the man’s car and stories. Randall County officials issued a hold order and will interview him in Tulsa. Chapman's mutilated body was found March 18 near Canyon, with 14 stab wounds.
