Big Hunt Ends in Wisconsin Killer Shot
Ray Olson alias August Buelo, a 30 year old fugitive who killed two deputy sheriffs, was shot and killed at daybreak by a posse near Ashland Wisconsin after a 13 day manhunt. Olson had fled from Hayward and Chippewa Lake hiding in swamps and woods. His capture attempt began June 15 after a traffic stop revealed stolen plates.
