Aged Convict Slain in New York Fight Death Toll

Four Die in Traffic Spill West of El Campo

Four people died and four were seriously injured in a two-truck crash four miles west of El Campo this afternoon. Storm Moves Toward Texas Gulf Coast

The U S weather bureau warned residents along the Texas Gulf coast from Brownsville to Matagorda Bay of a possible northerly shift of a tropical storm, centered about 275 miles southeast of Corpus Christi at 6 PM.
