A Friday oil warehouse blaze in Amarillo killed Travis G. Hunter 22 as the third victim, with two others dying Friday night. Mrs. Lucille A. Conley is due in Amarillo Sunday morning at 7 30 to appear in federal court Monday to identify her ex husband Louis Bob Conley. He was indicted in Boston on charges of unlawful flight to avoid prosecution and faces Massachusetts assaults and kidnapping charges involving Lynette Conley. Conley was arrested June 11 and released on 2500 bond. The case has drawn nationwide interest since 1947.

ALBUQUERQUE July 17 repair work on 16 miles of Highway 66 near the continental divide will be finished within 10 days. State highway engineer Burton Dwyre said laying of the oil mat was finished last week and sealing operations now under way will be done at the rate of three or four miles a day.
