Two Die in Floydada Auto Crash East of Town
Two were killed and three injured in a truck automobile collision about three miles east of Floydada. The dead are G. R. May about 50 and Mrs. W. A. Jones 70 of Cleburne who died in a local hospital. An auto driven by W. B. Jones of Daugherty Community struck a parked truck where May was cranking. Jones and Mrs. Jones received injuries with seriousness undetermined. John Edwards Smith, May’s stepson, suffered a broken arm.
