R A Keasler aged 46 is dead after being shot twice by Will Bales on a farm near Giles Texas. Bales surrendered in Hedley and is held in Donley county jail awaiting a preliminary hearing. Keasler leaves a wife and three children while Bales has a wife and eight children.
