Maj Ralph Royce said the group may stay until Monday to allow five delayed ships to catch up. One ship lost a ski at Grand Forks while another landed at Bemidji en route.

The proposed 165000 junior high facility in the 550000 Amarillo bond package would serve advanced and elementary students. Superintendent W A McIntosh says 200 lower grade pupils from San Jacinto and Country Club would move to the new building, easing crowded senior and junior high schools. Ten Die In Texas From Cold Wave Accidents
Ten deaths are attributed to the present cold wave in Texas with incidents ranging from automobile crashes and burns to falls and asphyxiations. The latest victim, Charles W. Williams, 65, died when his truck skidded on an icy slope near Ranger. In Lampasas area a couple, Robert Hale and his wife, were injured in a weather blamed crash that also fatally injured their 4 year old son and grandmother.

Two Motor Collisions Hurt Mexican and Negro Men
Two crashes on East Tenth Avenue last night injured Adeline Chavez 17 a Mexican and Riley Sneede a Negro. Chavez was taken to St. Anthony's Hospital after a head on crash in the 1500 block of East Tenth. Sneede suffered cuts to his left hand and a bruised head after his car collided with another at Bowie Street and Tenth Avenue. Drivers of the other vehicles were not identified.
