At annual meetings in Amarillo the American National Bank announced four promotions and named Howard Dean Kelley Donald R. Graham Kenneth D. Caskey and Howard T. Swanner Jr. as assistant cashiers. The First National Bank added Wales Madden Jr. to its board.
