Randolph County residents Gene Webb and Robbie Webb were found dead south of Borger after their Robinson B-22 helicopter crashed into a pole on the 6666 Ranch. Trooper Wayne Beighle said fog likely contributed to the crash, with the couple ejected and dying on impact as the aircraft rested near a pump jack.
Randall County officials echo past votes on funding facilities while debate resurfaces on merging Potter Randall counties and Amarillo into a single metropolitan government.
