Navy Men Will Visit Amarillo College for Reserve Enlistment Plans
Recruiting officers from the Dallas Navy district will visit Amarillo College tomorrow afternoon to explain enlisted reserve plans allowing military-age students to enlist in reserve status and complete college work before active service. Lt. King and Lt. Binnion will speak on V-1 V-7 and V-5 programs for undergraduates, graduates, and aviation cadets. Enlistments will not be taken at this time, with Army Navy Marine Corps and Coast Guard reps set to visit beforehand.
