Jim Brown 30 years in Jaycees resigns Amarillo Jaycees presidency to become Texas Jaycees executive secretary. He will move to Abilene and assume duties Sept 16. Amarillo chamber room meeting Friday to elect new president. Brown has led Amarillo Jaycees since July 1 and served as both local and state director.
