Juvenile Jailed on Charge of Stealing Greyhound Bus

Farm Worker Killed By Train Near Adrian
Arthur Shivers a Vernon resident about 40 was found dead near the Rock Island tracks one mile east of Adrian at 8 this morning. He had been struck by a train sometime last night. Oldham County Sheriff John Halliburton reported. The body was found by John Proctor section foreman for Rock Island as his crew headed to work. Identification of Shivers was pending verification.
