Amarillo Neighbor Tales Warm Visits and Busy College Hopes
Amarillo residents recall a Meadowlark of good humor as Mr and Mrs T C Thornberry visit from Goodnight amid casual greetings on Polk Street. Local youth pursue higher education with Judy Price heading to Texas Christian University and Don Fitzgibbon to New Mexico University. Several classmates enroll at Oklahoma A&M and Colorado University, while others plan senior year roles at Texas A&M and Arlington State College. Wanderers return from vacations and a city engineer resumes duties after time off.
