Pistol Shot Upsets Burglary Plans at Forest Hill Washateria
Milton West and Thomas Lambert were arrested in connection with a burglary at Forest Hill Washateria in Potter County. West was found inside the washateria around 2:30 am after liquor-store operator Ben Sharp fired a pistol. Lambert was tracked to the Buchanan Street underpass near about 2:45 am. Both men, 24 and 27, faced arraignment before Justice Ivy Wilkerson and remained jailed in lieu of $1,500 bond.

Eads To Move Rendering Plant Near Amarillo
