Forecast of 5 Million Relief Families by February
Donald Richberg of the Presidents executive council issued the third council report on New Deal progress denying misinformation about government funding for strikes. He cited past peaks and noted relief for tribes was negligible while winter severity drives the rise and textile workers near a million may strike.
