Roy F Harrington of 1121 Broadmoor Street won the $5 first prize for a tip about a tank truck crash on a railroad track near St Francis that disrupted the line when a train knocked the track. W E Scott of 1505 East Tenth Avenue earned $3 for an exploding tire tip. T E Keisler of 707 North Lincoln Street received the $2 third prize. The notice lists other tipsters and addresses in a brief weekly roundup.

Amarilloan reports a bold Aleutian strike by twenty-six Martin Marauder bombers against Japanese naval targets near Kiska harbor.
