A 18 or 19 year old bandit with blond hair and a pale face robbed Hal's Grill at 5 10 this morning, forcing waitress Inez Hines to open the till and taking $136 50 while a customer, Joe V Nowell, watched for about ten minutes. The gunman fled west on North East Eighth. a separate meat tenderizer theft from the kitchen is under separate police inquiry.
