Potter County Sheriff Auctions Property in Amarillo
An October 1945 sheriff sale notices two properties in Amarillo Texas. W T Leonard owns north 50 feet of Lot 10 block 47 Glenwood and Claude F McHenry and Finnia McHenry own south 25 feet of Lot 10 block 417 Glenwood both in Potter County. Each case pursues judgments for $113.51 and $65.74 respectively and names the State of Texas and City of Amarillo as plaintiffs. The sales are set for the first Tuesday in November 1945 at the Potter County courthouse.
