McKithan Appointed Assistant Signal Engineer for Santa Fe
Robert B. McKithan of Temple has been named assistant signal engineer in the southern district of Santa Fe Western lines with Amarillo headquarters. Announcement comes from H. A. Appleby after G. C. Jefferis approved the appointment. McKithan succeeds W. O. Smeltzer, recently promoted to Coast lines. He began on Gulf lines in 1911 and took Temple assignment in 1918.
