Boy Kidnapping Claim Unfolds In Oklahoma Town

The boy Johnny Ray Holcomb said he lived with his aunt and uncle in Pauls Valley Oklahoma and wanted to return there. County attorney Tom Seay and child welfare officer Miss Louise Blackwell began an inquiry after authorities found the mother who said custody had been awarded in a divorce. A custody hearing was ordered in Pauls Valley and a warrant for child stealing was issued. The boy and mother were released in Amarillo until Pauls Valley officers arrive.
