The two are in jai at Pampa. Ramming is in the Carson County jail at Panhandle. All three will be arraigned this afternoon before Justice of the Peace C. C. McClelland in Borger. Charges link to May 3 head of long yearlings, mostly Herefords, from rancher Johnnie Hawkins at Pampa who had pastured the steers.

Part of Hutchinson County council 47 head were recovered, 38 at Dalhart and 9 at Skellytown stock pens. The Pampa firm sold cattle to a Dalhart purchaser at 30 cents per pound. Potter County sheriff's team searched the home of Rubrecht and Banks in Amarillo, seizing a typewriter and bills of sale. A bill of sale listing 30 head of cattle is on file. Rare guns stolen from Panhandle-Plains Museum

Curator Boone McClure reports the theft of a Smith & Wesson 3rd Type .38 with silver plating and gold medallion and a Forehand & Wadsworth .32 caliber, both part of a 390 gun gift. The two items were in a locked case. a rock end was pried off.
