Barrett Fails To Make Bond In Knife Attack Case
Doyle W Barrett, 27, of Osterline, held in Potter County jail on a charge of assault with intent to murder. He failed to post a $5,000 bond set after arraignment before Justice Carder. Victim Ray W Young, 28, of Hereford, hospitalized with knife wounds to throat and chest. condition listed as fair. Barrett was arrested by City Detectives at Union Bus Center after a fight at the bus station rent room. Young could not identify Barrett as his assailant.
