Amarillo Globe Page Six Political Swing List
A disjointed report outlines campaign support from citrus magnate C V Griffin and others including William H Johnston and Lou Wolfson. It notes W C Crosby appointed as special investigator to aid Harry Russell in Miami bookmaking control. It also mentions reappointing a racing commission and reinstating three ousted sheriffs amid gambling law enforcement concerns.
