Col Joseph I McMullen of the judge advocate general department was dismissed from the army after his conviction in the District of Columbia Supreme Court for taking compensation for services to private individuals outside official duties. The War Department announced he ceased to be an officer on May 8 1936 under 18 U S Code sec 203. Texas Tax Board Fixes Preliminary Rail Toll Bridge and Pipeline Values
