Sugar for Canning Certificates Now Available

Certificates for home canning sugar are issued in Room 111 of the county courthouse from 12:30 to 5:30 PM on Tuesday through Friday. Each person may receive five pounds per year, one pound for preserving and four pounds for fruit canning, with war ration books required. Those already registered for canning sugar cannot obtain additional certificates at this time.
