Prosecution Rest in Amarillo Cigarettes Theft Trial
The government rested before noon in the case of Richard Fitzgerald Louis M Blackwell and Floyd E Foster of Amarillo on charges of stealing receiving and concealing cigarettes moving in interstate commerce.
