Bride in Orange Charged in Brutal Pistol Attack
Thelma Roan, 16, was attacked by Mrs. Charles Welkert in Roan’s Orange Texas home. Roan, hospitalized in serious condition, suffered facial injuries and front teeth loss after Welkert forced entry and pistol whipped her. Welkert, 25, confessed she aimed to get even over a year old incident.
